Treatment

The TIPS Program is located at the University of Kentucky Center for Emotional Health. We specialize in addressing emotional difficulties that prevent people from engaging with school, work, relationships, or self-care. Indeed, we strive to make gold-standard treatment for anxiety and depression available to indivduals in Lexington and surrounding communities (in person), and state wide (Kentucky) via Telehealth. Specifically, we provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an approach that has gained the most research support for treating these common conditions. Because we typically provide treatment in the context of research studies, we can offer cutting-edge, effective care AT NO COST. Common conditions we treat include:

Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Social Anxiety Disorder
Panic Disorder
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Trauma and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - NOW RECRUITING
Depression
Borderline Personality Disorder - NOW RECRUITING
